Use this page to submit a merchant account deletion request when you cannot access the merchant app. Merchant deletion is reviewed manually by Localife before any account is disabled.

Verify the merchant login mobile number with an SMS code, then provide contact and merchant details for manual review.

Manual handling protects merchants and stores

Merchant accounts can control shop operations, staff access, listings, settlement, and customer service. Localife uses manual review to reduce accidental or unauthorized deletion.

Candidate account matching

The platform checks active merchant accounts using the verified mobile number. If several accounts match, the reviewer must choose the exact account.

No automatic account deletion

Submitting this form only creates a pending request. The merchant account remains usable until a platform reviewer approves deletion.

Session revocation on approval

After approval, Localife disables the selected login account and revokes merchant sessions for the matched merchant identity.

Business records may be retained after account deletion

Approved merchant account deletion disables login access. Some business records remain where needed for legal, tax, accounting, payment, refund, dispute, security, or audit purposes.

Shop, order, payment, and settlement records

Retained where needed to complete obligations, support customers, handle refunds, settle funds, and meet accounting or tax duties.

Security and audit logs

Retained to protect merchants, customers, and Localife against fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, and regulatory inquiries.

Customer-service and review evidence

Retained to evidence the deletion request, manual review, complaint handling, and legal or regulatory obligations.
